No Professional Advice
Content on this website does not replace 3 types of professional consultation:
- Certified mechanical inspection and diagnosis by a qualified Audi technician.
- Legal advice from a licensed UAE attorney regarding vehicle disputes or insurance claims.
- Financial advice from a qualified advisor regarding repair costs or insurance coverage.
Any repair guidance, maintenance schedules, or fault descriptions published on this website serve an informational purpose only. Always consult a qualified specialist before making decisions based on this content.
Repair and Service Estimates
Every written estimate we issue depends on 4 variable factors:
- The Audi model and manufacturing year of your vehicle.
- The failed or worn component identified during diagnosis.
- The parts grade you select, including genuine, OEM, or aftermarket.
- The labour hours required to complete the repair.
Final invoices may differ from initial estimates if additional faults surface during disassembly or inspection. Our advisor informs you and requests approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original scope.
Parts and Warranty Limitations
Our 12-month or 10,000-kilometre warranty covers parts and labour on completed repairs. This warranty does not apply in 4 situations:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications after repair.
- Normal wear on consumable items, including brake pads, filters, and wiper blades.
- Repairs performed by another workshop on components we originally installed.
- Failure to follow the recommended Audi maintenance schedule after service completion.
Warranty claims require the original invoice and service record from our workshop.
Vehicle Condition
We repair Audi vehicles based on the condition presented at our workshop. We do not guarantee that a repaired vehicle will perform identically to a factory-new model, especially on high-mileage vehicles, accident-damaged chassis, or models with pre-existing faults outside the approved repair scope.

Diagnostic Reports
Diagnostic reports generated at our workshop reflect the condition of your Audi at the time of scanning. These reports do not guarantee that additional faults will not develop after the inspection date. Stored fault codes, live data readings, and component test results depend on 3 factors:
- The accuracy and calibration of VCDS and ODIS diagnostic equipment at the time of the scan.
- The operating condition of your Audi's control modules and sensor circuits during testing.
- Environmental conditions, including ambient temperature and battery voltage, during the diagnostic session.

We process insurance repair claims based on the scope approved by your insurance provider. Zenfo Auto Services does not guarantee approval, coverage amount, or claim timeline from any insurance company. Disputes between you and your insurer remain outside our responsibility.
